Two of opera’s most dazzling voices fill the Studio Theatre with bel canto brilliance, vocal fireworks and Golden Age glamour.

Following the release of Erin Morley and Lawrence Brownlee’s debut recording, Golden Age, the opera superstars have embarked on a Golden Age recital tour to venues across the United States and Europe, including a date at the Gogue Center’s Studio Theatre in Spring 2027. 

Erin Morley, soprano

One of today’s most sought-after lyric coloratura sopranos, Erin Morley is a recipient of the Beverly Sills Artist Award and a graduate of the Metropolitan Opera’s Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. Acclaimed by critics worldwide, Morley regularly appears on the world’s leading opera stages, including Teatro alla Scala, the Paris Opera and the Metropolitan Opera. At the Met, she has performed more than 100 times and appeared in five “Live in HD” broadcasts.

Lawrence Brownlee, tenor

Lawrence Brownlee is a leading figure in opera, celebrated both for his performances on the world’s foremost stages and for his advocacy for greater diversity and inclusion throughout the industry. Highlights of his 2025–26 season include two appearances at the Metropolitan Opera: as Tonio in La fille du régiment and Lord Arturo Talbot in I Puritani. Brownlee also returns to the New National Theatre Tokyo for his role debut as the Duke of Mantua in Rigoletto and appears as Don Ramiro in La Cenerentola at the Paris Opera.
