Critics around the world have acclaimed Daniela Mack as “outstanding” (The New York Times), and “a powerhouse mezzo” (Wall Street Journal) possessing “a virtuoso technique second to none” (The Guardian).
The Buenos Aires-born mezzo-soprano leads the vanguard of a new generation of opera singers, infusing her artistry with a mix of intensity, adventurousness and effortless charisma.
Mack made her Metropolitan Opera debut as the Kitchen Boy in Rusalka, with her other important debuts including the Royal Opera House-Covent Garden as Rosina in Il barbiere di Siviglia and Teatro de la Maestranza in her role debut as Romeo in Bellini’s I Capuleti e i Montecchi.
On the concert stage, she recently made her recital debut at the Kennedy Center, with other recent concert engagements including debuts with the New York Philharmonic, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, the Sydney Symphony and Hong Kong Philharmonic.

About Keun-A Lee, piano
Keun-A Lee, a renowned Korean pianist, has collaborated with major opera companies including the Metropolitan Opera, Lyric Opera of Chicago and Santa Fe Opera. She has performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center and Seoul Arts Center. Lee has worked with the New York Philharmonic and Detroit Symphony. Her festival appearances include Ravinia, Merola Opera, Spoleto Music Festival and Cape Cod Chamber Music Festival, where she was the Samuel Sander Scholarship Awardee. Lee also studied at the Manhattan School of Music and was a Lindemann Young Artist at the Metropolitan Opera.

About JP Jofre, bandoneon
Juan Pablo Jofre, a Grammy-nominated composer and bandoneon player from Argentina, has composed several double concertos and more than 40 chamber works. His music has been recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra, Paquito D’Rivera and Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. Praised by The New York Times and BBC Magazine, Jofre has performed and lectured at Google Talks, TED Talks, The Juilliard School of Music, The New School, and several other other venues. A recipient of Argentina’s National Prize of the Arts, he has performed at festivals worldwide, including the Celebrity Series of Boston and Umbria Jazz Festival. Mercury News called him an “electrifying composer-bandoneon player.” Jofre currently leads the JP Jofre Quintet. The ensemble has been touring internationally since the release of their last album, “Manifiesto.”
