Temporary Box Office Hours

Effective Tuesday, March 30, 2021

Our patron services team is here to help you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding tickets for upcoming performances, rescheduled dates and changes of venue.

Beginning Tuesday, March 30, 2021, the Gogue Center box office will begin offering in-person service during select box office hours. Appointments are not required. The patron services team will be available to assist patrons by telephone and email during all other regular box office hours.

Spring 2021 Performances

In an effort to protect the health and safety of our patrons, artists, staff, volunteers and vendors, the Gogue Center will present the following Spring 2021 live, in-person performances outdoors at the Amphitheatre at the City of Auburn Lawn and Porch:

Jazz at Lincoln Center Septet with Wynton Marsalis
Wednesday, April 21 and Thursday, April 22
7:30 p.m.

Dover Quartet with Bridget Kibbey, harp
Friday, May 7
7:30 p.m.

Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center
Monday, June 7
7:30 p.m.

Due to reduced seating capacity in the venue, tickets for these performances are no longer available.

Updated digital tickets for these performances will be distributed to patrons via email beginning Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Patrons can download tickets to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay Wallet (Android). A print-at-home ticket option will also be available.

As the performance venue has changed, printed paper tickets previously provided by the Gogue Center for these performances are no longer valid. These tickets may be discarded.

Spring 2021 Performance Policies

The policies, protocols and procedures outlined below are effective beginning Tuesday, March 30, 2021, and will remain in effect until further notice. Policies are subject to change and will be amended as needed and/or in response to university, local, state and federal health guidelines. These policies affect only the Spring 2021 performances announced on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Additional restrictions and limitations may apply to add-on performances announced after this date.
